I don't have a credit card/am highly distrustful of internet transactions. Can I pay you in another form of currency?
Checks and money orders in USA currency only are acceptable. Cash is acceptable, but not recommended, and we can not be responsible for cash lost in the mail. Send checks or money orders for the appropriate amount, and a note with your shipping address and e-mail address. If you intend to have books personalized, please indicate what you'd like to see in the note. If you are ordering a t-shirt through snail mail, please indicate the size and style desired. All Wigu t-shirts are professionally screen-printed, mostly by the famous Brunetto T-shirts. The shirts themselves are high-quality Gildan or Hanes Beefy-T, or shirts of equivalent quality and durability. If you are not satisfied with your shirt due to quality, we'll make it right. Just let work[a]wigu.com know. The shirt I got is too big (or too small). Can I get another one?
Yes, but you are responsible for shipping costs. Please no deodorant residue. How do these things get to my house? By Magic??
All items are now shipped from Wigu headquarters in Oklahoma City. Everything goes by way of the United States Postal Service.
Will my shirt fit me right?
In most cases, shirt dimensions are pretty universal, and dimensions are provided where available. If you want to be completely sure, visit your local clothing retailer and try on a Gildan, Hanes, or Bella t-shirt. How long will it take to get my shirt?
It all depends on the current in-house supply, which is usually pretty low. The average time is two and a half weeks. If an item takes more than 4 weeks to arrive, your item could be lost in the mail. Email work@wigu.com if this happens. All items are shipped US Priority Mail or Air Letter Post. Can I save money in shipping costs if I want to buy a whole bunch of stuff?
